Is it about same quests that had them before? Not all quests are having them.
There is rather no any option currently available about which I know that would let you disable them mistakenly, but you might try go into Launcher settings with game closed, save backup and reset settings to see if it goes back. If it doesn't, you can restore your previous settings and contact our support for further debugging.
