Have a quest for strong medicine and I don't have any (used all of them days ago). Is there any npc that sells them? Or what other ways can I get some?

Blend Rune ×1
Wizard-Iron Sand ×1
Moon Orchid Bundle ×3
Philosopher's Egg ×1
Alternatively, you may purchase it from other players.

No way I'm crafting to level 41 just to get quest item. I've looked in the market but nothing so far. Thanks for response.

It's a side-line of three quests, you can complete it later at any time.
If there are no such items on AH, you may try to reach someone with the required Alchemy level and provide the resources.
