Prestige [Patch 11.0.0.1000]

  • Hello,

Normally, when the character jumps without a mount, the movement direction cannot be changed while airborne. However, while using 540197 [Altın Kanatlı Tekboynuz], I can turn in any direction while airborne after jumping.

Was this feature added later, or is this behavior intended only for this mount?

I find this movement control very useful. If it is not meant to be exclusive to this mount, I think allowing players to change direction while airborne without a mount could also be a nice improvement.

    Thank you.

Changing direction whilst airborne is already possible with all mounts.

:Fluchen: 👍 👍 👍

    Hello

This is simply a string error, the achievement is to craft resources in each zone, not craft resources from a specific zone. Will be corrected in an upcoming update.

Das Holz , was ich in Heulende Berge gesammelt habe. Habe ich zum Test in Millim gewandelt, es zählt aber im Prestige nicht für Heulende Berge, sondern für Inseln^^.

Yes, this is correct behaviour as mentioned in previous posts. The achievement is intended to be to craft any resource in aforementioned zone, not the resource from the specific zone, since these are shared across many zones, and not clearly displayed in any way to the player outside of "knowing" or finding resources manually. String will be corrected in upcoming update as previously mentioned too.

  • The Item section under Engineering can be completed by spending diamonds, but the General section is a passive achievement. Its description states that it cannot be purchased and only gains progress by completing the active achievements connected to it.

One of the first visible active achievements is:

    Engineering Art [0/40]

    “Craft 40 items using Mühendislik.”

The problem is that Engineering recipes require considerably more difficult and expensive resources than regular crafting professions.

    For example:

    • Crafting 558199 [Tarif - Geliştirilmiş Robot] requires materials that can take days of farming to obtain, while only allowing a very limited number of crafts. It is therefore not a realistic item to repeatedly craft for Prestige achievement progress.

    • Even the more basic 558190 [Tarif - Temel Demir] requires 50x 242306 [Sea Crystal] for each craft. Gathering this material repeatedly in the quantities required for achievement progression is already very demanding.

    • One of the more practical options appears to be 558185 [Tarif - Basit Çelik], which requires 1248027 [Temel Demir]. I currently have 8,433x 1248027 [Temel Demir], yet this is enough for only 76 crafts of 558185 [Tarif - Basit Çelik].

This means that even the first Engineering Art achievement requiring 40 crafts already consumes a very large amount of Engineering resources. If the later Engineering achievements continue to increase the required amount of crafting, completing this category through normal gameplay becomes extremely demanding and difficult to sustain.

The issue is not that Engineering achievements should be easy. Engineering is a special Chronicles of Arcadia system whose recipes are already designed around high resource costs. Because of this, applying the same “craft X items” progression used for regular crafting professions does not appear balanced when applied to Engineering at these quantities.

I suggest reviewing the Engineering Prestige achievements according to the actual resource economy of Engineering. For example, the required number of crafts could be significantly reduced specifically for Engineering, or different progression conditions more suitable for the profession could be used.

Were these requirements designed with the current Engineering material costs in mind? If these achievements are intended to be reasonably completable through normal gameplay during a Prestige season, could the Engineering category please be reviewed?

Hello! First of all, thank you for your feedback!

The next patch will introduce significant reductions to the amounts of materials required for some Gathering and Crafting sections. In the Crafting part, these changes will affect Cooking, Alchemy, and Engineering.

We hope these adjustments will make the progression in these areas feel more balanced and enjoyable.

  • Hello,

I previously reported that using some Prestige-related items inside my house causes the following message to appear:

“Items cannot be added to or removed from the Prestige Rewards Vault”

I tested the issue again and confirmed the same behavior with the following items:

1249210 [The Scroll of Blue's Courage]

1249134 [The Scroll of Intuition of Greenery]

1249129 [The Scroll of the Epiphany of Greenery]

1249128 [Scroll of Wisdom of Greenery]

    1249084 [Random Star Card III]

    1249081 [Blue Card Gasha]

    1249111 [Amethyst Star Card I-II]

When I use these items inside my house, the red “Items cannot be added to or removed from the Prestige Rewards Vault” message appears.

When I use the same items outside the house, I do not encounter this message.

I wanted to provide these item IDs as additional information for my previous report.

    Thank you.

    Hello

We were unable to reproduce this error. It sounds possible that an addon that interacts with your backpack is trying to move items into prestige vault, which is disabled. Please try without addons and if the error persists, please show a video which shows exact interfaces open at time of errors.

  • Hello,

I noticed an issue with 1630077 [Goblin Madeni Tekrar Bileti I].

When I try to use this item while inside the Guild Castle, I receive the following message:

“[22:56:09] Bu eşya bu bölgede kullanılamaz.”

Other Prestige rewards work normally in the same location and I can claim them into my bag without any issue. However, 1630077 [Goblin Madeni Tekrar Bileti I] only gives this area restriction message.

Is it normal that this item cannot be used inside the Guild Castle? If not, could the area restriction for this item be checked?

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I noticed a serious progress issue with the [Ore Purifier] achievement under Prestige → Gathering.

While processing 201710 [Çinko Kumu] into 201723 [Çinko Külçesi], the game reports the following in chat:

Prestige - [Gathering]: updated progress of [Ore Purifier], [Alchemical Smelting]

The counter also appears to increase normally while I am crafting.

Yesterday, my [Ore Purifier] progress had reached:

    [401/1,230]

However, when I checked again today, the counter had dropped back to:

    [69/1,230]

This means that my crafting progress is not being saved permanently and the achievement progress later decreases / restarts.

I have lost a significant amount of Gold, materials, and time during this process. Since the counter appeared to be progressing normally, I continued crafting and only later discovered that the progress had been lost.

Could the reason why the [Ore Purifier] achievement progress is not being saved permanently be checked?

    Thank you.

I have lost a significant amount of Gold, materials, and time during this process. Since the counter was increasing, I continued crafting under the assumption that the achievement was tracking correctly, only to later discover that the progress had been lost.

Could the reason why the [Alchemical Smelting] achievement progress is not being saved permanently be checked?

This is visual issue when crafting inside house that client is displaying progress that is not intended to be updated for these achievements, no achievement progress is actually lost. Will be corrected with next update.

  • Hello,

I noticed that the Prestige feature which displays boss locations on the map does not work inside 750191 [Osalon Vadisi].

This feature normally allows me to see boss locations in other instances, but no boss locations are displayed inside 750191 [Osalon Vadisi].

Could the Prestige boss location display for 750191 [Osalon Vadisi] be checked?

    Thank you.

This is correct, benefit is disabled inside all private instances.

  • Hello,

I would like to give feedback about the Prestige achievement Ironbound Helm [0/2] under Crafting.

    Its description is:

“Craft 2 head armor pieces using level 1-20 Zırh Yapımı recipes.”

The problem is not the required amount of crafts, but the recipes available for completing it.

When I open the Head category in Zırh Yapımı, the level 1-20 recipes currently available in my crafting list are:

    550969 [Tarif - Ventis Tacı]

    550972 [Tarif - Yolta Şapkası]

550975 [Tarif - Hochim Askeri Miğferi]

550970 [Tarif - Ventis Sihirbazı Tacı]

550973 [Tarif - Yolta Korucu Şapkası]

550976 [Tarif - Hochim Askeri Muharebe Miğferi]

All of these are blue recipes and require materials that are considerably more difficult to obtain than what would normally be expected from a level 1-20 crafting achievement. Obtaining enough materials for even a single craft can require several dungeon runs.

The other recipes available in the same range are even more demanding:

550971 [Tarif - Ventis Başsihirbazı Tacı]

550974 [Tarif - Yolta Uçan Tüy Şapkası]

550977 [Tarif - Hochim Askeri Savaş Miğferi]

Because of this, although Ironbound Helm [0/2] only requires two crafts, completing it through normal crafting can require a disproportionate amount of dungeon farming compared with other Prestige crafting achievements.

In my case, I eventually completed this achievement by spending Diamonds instead. This option exists, but not every player wants to spend Diamonds, especially players who prefer to complete Prestige achievements through gameplay.

In post #435, it was mentioned that material requirements for Cooking, Alchemy and Engineering would be reduced. These adjustments were later implemented, including reduced requirements for Engineering, Cooking and Alchemy. Zırh Yapımı was not included in those changes.

I think Ironbound Helm [0/2] shows a similar balance issue: the required progress is small, but the available level 1-20 head recipes can require unusually expensive dungeon-based materials.

Perhaps the eligible recipe range could be expanded so that more normally obtainable head armor recipes can count, or the achievement could be replaced with another Zırh Yapımı task with a more reasonable crafting requirement.

Could Ironbound Helm [0/2] and its eligible level 1-20 head recipe range please be reviewed?

    Thank you.
