Prestige [Patch 11.0.0.1000]

  • Hey. Grox

Issue: Prestige options are uncomfortable to use.

    Examples:

    1. Summoning a mount in dungeons without combat results in constant invulnerability.
    2. It is unclear how to use buff minutes for collecting trophies. Currently, one click applies a 3‑hour buff. However, users may only need 1 hour. There is no option to add time incrementally (e.g., one click = 30 minutes of buff).

    Impact:

    • The buff disappears unnecessarily.
    • Prestige feels less convenient compared to Season 1.
    • Users are discouraged from purchasing prestige and instead consider buying separate shop options.

    Request:

    • Improve prestige usability.
    • Allow incremental buff application (e.g., one click = 30 minutes).
    • Ensure prestige options provide flexibility and comfort for different play styles.

Additional Note: If testing support is needed, I am available to help.

  • Hello,

Even when I’m eligible to claim Prestige rewards, the Prestige notification/alert/icon does not appear. I only notice the rewards are available after manually browsing through the Prestige menus/buttons and checking the pages one by one.

    Screenshot attached.

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

I’m not reporting this as a bug, but rather as a likely overlooked / inconsistent reward placement.

Right now, the chest placement for these items seems inconsistent:

    • Shown in Eternal Chest:

      • 1248385

      • 1248387

    • Shown in Seasonal Chest:

      • 1248385

      • 1248380

This makes 1248385 [War Chronicle IV] appear across both Eternal and Seasonal sections, and overall the Chronicle/Elixir distribution doesn’t feel consistent.

In my opinion, all these Chronicle/Elixir rewards should be placed under one single chest type (Eternal or Seasonal) to avoid confusion.

Is this intended, or did this placement get missed during a pass?

    Thanks.

  • Using Prestige items inside House triggers “Prestige Rewards Vault” error

    Hello,

When I try to use a Prestige-related item while I’m inside my house (Housing/Vault area), I get the following on-screen error:

“Items cannot be added to or removed from the Prestige Rewards Vault”

  • Hello,

In the Dia Shop Lucky Wheel system, we receive daily free spins through prestige.

Although I currently have 3 free spins, the following issue occurs:

    • After the first spin, the counter decreases from 3 → 2 (which is correct).

    • After the second spin, instead of showing 2 → 1,

    • The system immediately switches to requiring diamonds for the next spin.

In other words, the 1 remaining free spin never appears, and the game directly asks for diamonds.

As shown in the attached video, the bottom-right corner displays:

    • *3

    • *2

    • and then immediately a diamond cost

    This could be:

    • A visual counter bug,

    • An incorrect UI display of free spins,

    • Or the system might not be properly granting the third free spin.

I kindly ask you to review this issue.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I noticed a UI inconsistency regarding the Prestige system.

    The issue is as follows:

    • On the main screen, no active rewards appear under Prestige Chronicles.

    • When opening the Prestige Achievements panel and checking Prestige Chronicles from the left category list, no claimable reward is displayed.

    • However, when clicking the Prestige Chronicles button on the main screen, rewards marked with a yellow exclamation icon become visible.

    In summary:

    • The notification indicator does not appear consistently across screens.

    • Rewards exist but are not shown as claimable in the category view.

    • The yellow notification only appears when entering a specific screen.

This may be a visual UI issue or a notification synchronization problem.

I kindly request this to be reviewed.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I would like to share feedback regarding the following collection items:

    • 1249280 Enigma Card Collection (750)

    • 1249281 Improved Booster Collection (450)

    • 1249282 Booster Card Collection (500)

    • 1249283 Mystery Booster Collection (630)

    • 1249284 Monster Card Collection (690)

    • 1249285 Improved Card Collection (1.000)

    • 1249286 Mix Card Collection (1.300)

If I remember correctly, in previous seasons these items were sold at much more reasonable prices. Players could set personal goals to obtain them, save resources, and feel genuinely rewarded once they acquired them.

Currently, however, the pricing appears significantly higher. At this level, these items no longer feel like achievable goals. Personally, I find it difficult to set them as objectives due to their high cost.

Perhaps the following could be considered:

    • Rebalancing prices closer to previous seasonal levels

The goal would be to make these items motivating and realistically attainable again.

This is simply personal feedback and a suggestion for consideration.

    Thank you.

You mentioned the exact reason why it was changed, and that it is intended.

This happened to many items in the prestige shop over the last few seasons. Higher, MUCH MUCH higher effort to get coins, higher prices by a 100% or even more, resulting in less rewards per coin(s).

You can of course (likely intended) buy more coins for diamonds and then by the "missing" rewards....

  • Hello,

I would like to share feedback about the Prestige Instance Speed Boots.

After purchasing Prestige, I received 1630607 [Instance Speed Boots I].

This item has 5 daily uses. When used, it grants 1506074 [Prestige Boots] for 15 minutes, giving +20% movement speed.

The tooltip says that this effect cannot be used in combat and will disappear when attacking or being attacked. Because of that, I understand that this may technically be intended behavior.

However, in practice, the item feels a bit too easy to lose inside instances.

For example, I entered 750351 [Malatina'nın Zindanı]. While digging inside the instance, bombs appeared from the ground and exploded. When this happened, my character received 502174 [Şehit], and my 1506074 [Prestige Boots] buff was removed.

The bombs I am referring to are:

    101486 [Küçük Bomba]

    101487 [Orta Büyüklükte Bomba]

    101488 [Büyük Bomba]

In this situation, one of my daily uses felt wasted.

The main issue is that players cannot know in advance which monster, environmental effect, or instance mechanic will remove 1506074 [Prestige Boots].

Because of this, a nice Prestige benefit can feel unreliable in practice. The player uses the buff, then a bomb / monster / instance mechanic removes it, and one daily use is lost.

    My feedback is:

1630607 [Instance Speed Boots I] could be a nice Prestige benefit, but in its current form it feels too easy to lose inside instances, which reduces its practical value.

A few possible solutions could be:

    - The buff could become inactive during combat, but not be fully removed.

    - If the buff is removed very quickly, reusing it could maybe not consume another daily charge.

    - Environmental damage / instance mechanics could maybe not remove this buff.

    - Since the item has limited daily uses, the buff could be made a bit more reliable.

The goal of this feedback is not to make the buff too strong. The goal is to make this daily limited Prestige benefit feel more reliable and useful for players.

    Thank you.

    Hello

This benefit is a direct replacement to the previous mount benefit, without having the exploitable potential the previous mount benefit had. Removing it from combat/attacking is the only way to ensure fair gameplay remains whilst offering this option to players. As a result, removing such restrictions is not planned.

  • Hello,

    Thank you for the explanation.

I understand that the previous mount benefit had exploitable potential, and I also understand why 1630607 [Instance Speed Boots I] is designed to disappear when entering combat, attacking, or being attacked.

I understand that this restriction exists for fair gameplay.

However, my feedback is focused on a slightly different point.

In its current form, this Prestige benefit can feel very easy to waste in practice.

1630607 [Instance Speed Boots I] has only 5 daily uses. When used, it grants 1506074 [Prestige Boots] for 15 minutes.

The issue is that inside instances, players cannot always know in advance which environmental effect, monster skill, or instance mechanic will remove this buff.

For example, inside 750351 [Malatina'nın Zindanı], while digging, bombs can explode and remove the buff very quickly. In that case, one daily use feels wasted.

So from my perspective, the issue is this:

I understand that the buff should not work in combat. However, when it is removed too easily and the daily use is still consumed, the Prestige benefit does not feel reliable or useful in practice.

My suggestion is not necessarily to remove the combat restriction completely. Maybe another solution could be considered.

    For example:

    - The buff could become inactive during combat and reactivate after combat ends.

    - If the buff is removed very quickly, the daily use could maybe not be fully wasted.

    - If the buff is removed, using it again within the remaining duration could maybe not consume another daily charge.

    - Environmental mechanics / small instance damage could maybe not fully remove the buff.

    - Or the tooltip could explain more clearly that this buff can be lost very easily due to instance mechanics.

The purpose of this feedback is not to gain an unfair advantage in combat.

My point is only that a daily limited Prestige benefit should feel more reliable and actually useful for players.

At the moment, 1630607 [Instance Speed Boots I] looks like a nice idea, but because it can be lost very easily inside instances, its practical value feels quite low.

    Thank you.

    Hello

Removing it is easily is the point of such - to ensure its not exploitable as previously mentioned to abuse tactics or kite bosses. This is intended gameplay restriction, and as such, will not be changed to ensure fair gameplay for all.

  • Hello,

    Understood.

Thank you for the explanation. I understand now that this restriction is intentional and that it will not be changed because of fair gameplay concerns.

    Thank you.
