Wheel of Fortune - no lvl 110 stones

most ppl have lvl 110 stones in wheel and the probability is much higher than the lvl 100 stones like nadana wrote, but one guild member has the same problem as you and nearly has any lvl 110 stones in there. I think it is some kind of bug with the random function in runes but most ppl will probably just tell you that you are just unlucky (well, if the random fuction is disadvantaging you, it is some kind of being unlucky).
