Hello, I haven't textures of my character and random characters of NPCs and other players (all character white). It is visible in character chose menu and in game. How to fix it?

Hello,
Please first ensure that you don't have active in Graphical Settings an option "Debase Textures". If it is, try disable it.
Further, did you download fresh game client / patched old version with only recent patches (which is wrong) / patched over other version of game (which is wrong)?
If it is fresh game client from our website, please contact our Support in order to perform FDB integrity report from game launcher. It might be most probably corrupted texture file. Please also attach screenshot.
