Champion/Druids Field of Renewal can be dodged by allies

Title. If your ally happens to be a scout or rouge, chances are you will miss the heal and thereby not be buffing the ally. Please fix this, Scouts have a right for heal! (My ally here has the buff still because I used it a couple times beforehand before I got a screenshot. A fresh buff is NOT applied on every cast that is dodged.)
