Hello, is it possible to change the buff Amplified Attack to buff each party member at the same time
and not every single one ? And Group Heal for full Raid like Druid Mother Earth's Fountain
would be very nice too

What if some player has druid/warrior patk buff, but druid/warrior is no longer in party? Do you want to overbuff it, just because your buff goes to whole group?
It is possible, it would not be implemented.
Amplified Attack
If you are having issues with buffing party, it can be easy done by macro.
As mentioned by Gijara, it may cause issues with players losing another buffs.
Group Heal
Every class have its advantages and disadvantages.
Every class is supposed to be different.
You just have to choose what do you like most between existing options.
We should avoid making skills equal to another ones.
