The item Old Bag (209231) drops Skill Training Certificates from Lv. 15 until Lv. 50.
Most Skill Training Certificates work well. Following levels work as intended:
- Level 15 Skill Training Certificate (202949)
- Level 20 Skill Training Certificate (202950)
- Level 30 Skill Training Certificate (202957)
- Level 40 Skill Training Certificate (202964)
- Level 45 Skill Training Certificate (202965)
- Level 50 Skill Training Certificate (202966)
Those items have the description "(Your contributions are recorded on this certificate.)".
But since for level 25 and 35 the description is "(Your contributions are recorded on this certificate.)\n\n[SC_ELITESKILL_NOTES_1]" which is linked with the problem that they are only useable in Heffner Camp and Morfantas City but not in Varanas.
Please change it like also Skill Training Certificates Lv. 25 & 35 (209075, 209076) don't have [SC_ELITESKILL_NOTES_1] and are useable in Varanas too so that Human can also use them in their city.
