Howdy it looks like there is a problem with these new siege title skills.
Regal Cry and Storm Assault are not increasing the attack by right amount like it shows in the title menu/in patch notes and it is increasing attack by 2%/4%/6% instead of 5%/10%/15% when you use this skill.
