    *in case if you are using custom My Documents location, or your game settings was not copied:
    open My Documents, find hidden direcory Runes of Magic and rename it to Chronicles of Arcadia


    after this operation
    without Result's
    Addon's still unfixed


    how can i Repair this?

    isnt there a good support with an fast ticketsystem for such problems ?

    It seems like you changed directory name when your character was online, then when you logged out your game overwrote this settings.
    In such case sadly you have to set your addons once again.
