I have a good rig and I wanted to know if I we could have a streaming thread where we can post links to our streams

Could you please describe with more details?
If you mean just stereaming our games on Twitch/YT etc it is of course allowed.
Some of our players in the past had even own link to stream on our main page.

Yeah what i mean is could i post my Youtube Stream link and have it posted to a thread so others can see it.

Yeah you can make as much streams / videos on Yt as its possible until you follow all rules
