    This message with queue is due to the fact it's from technical standpoint a battleground, when interacting you're in combat mode, so the battleground prevents you from joining, this will be looked at possibilities to be improved in future.

    I don't really understand what game language has to do with unrelated emojis here, the emoji displayed is simply the first index of each pack.


    Due to nature of battleground technical backend, this is not possible to remove such, and removing this from battleground is not possible due to large number of issues.


    for healer weapon, gear will be reviewed in near future.

    Thank you for the explanation.


    I understand better now that Atlas Training Ground technically uses the battleground backend, and that this can cause some queue / combat mode related behavior.


    It is good to hear that possibilities for improving the queue message may be looked at in the future, because from a player perspective this message can be a bit confusing.


    Thank you also for the clarification about the emoji issue. If the displayed emoji is simply the first index of each pack, then I understand that it is not related to the game language.


    It is also good to hear that healer weapons / gear will be reviewed in the near future. I will wait for possible adjustments on that topic.

  • Additional issues noticed after the latest patch

    I would like to add a few more issues that I noticed after the latest patch.


    At first, I thought these problems might only be happening to me, but from what I can see in world chat, other players seem to be experiencing similar issues as well.


    I am not sure if all of these problems are related to the same cause, but I started noticing them more clearly after the latest patch.


    1. Pet does not collect loot boxes or gets stuck


    Normally, the pet should collect loot boxes from the ground. However, sometimes the pet does not collect the boxes, or it seems to get stuck in one place.


    This can make looting uncomfortable, especially when there are many drops around.


    2. Character often teleports / rubberbands backward


    My character sometimes gets teleported back while moving.


    For example, I move forward, but the game suddenly sends my character back to a previous position. This looks like a rubberbanding / position reset issue.

    3. Dungeon walls are visually broken / inside of walls can be seen


    In some dungeons, the inside or back side of walls is now visible.


    This looks like a visual issue that started after the latest patch. You can also see this in the video below.


    Summary:


    - Pet sometimes does not collect loot boxes or gets stuck.

    - Character frequently rubberbands / teleports backward.

    - Some dungeon walls now show their inside / back side visually.


    Could you please check these issues when possible?

    Egal was ihr gestern oder heute gemacht habt, aber das mit dem Zoom ist nervig.


    Ich laufe in letzter Zeit sehr oft Spiegelwelten, aber nun fällt es einem schwer, den Weg zu finden.

  • Das die prozentuale minus Haltbarkeit im Prestigepass jetzt angeblich "gefixt" wurde, ist meiner Meinung nach eine Unverschämtheit. Man spielt den Pass so schnell wie möglich, um diesen Teil freizuschalten und dann heißt es plötzlich, es wird auf 15% runter gemacht, weil es angeblich Fehlerhaft war. Komisch ist, dass dieser "Fehler" sehr viele Patches überstanden hat und niemanden gestört hat...Man möchte wohl einfach nur, dass wir Spieler wieder mehr in die Tasche greifen und Hämmer kaufen müssen. Mittlerweile wird vieles im Prestigepass so hart runtergeschraubt, dass es sich absolut kaum noch lohnt diesen zu leveln geschweige denn, Auf Goldpass upzugraden. Schade eigentlich

    As mentioned in other thread - we haven't changed this benefit in any way. The description stated 15% (30% with a boost) this was previously -85% and -70%(so boost made it worse, as did taking this benefit to a higher tier), and that's now what players are receiving. If you have feedback on proposed values you may use the correct thread to propose changes. But expecting a bug to remain unfixed simply because it was existing already for a while and benefitted the players is not planned. It was reported to the team by a player and fixed within 1 day as soon as it was brought to the teams attention. No team is perfect and mistakes happen, sometimes even for many years before being found.

    but would it hurt to change the benefit it general to the "bugged value" ? since i think many players would agree that 15% is insanly low and i see no reason to now fix it and therefore nerf it to that degree ( prol players assumed that 15% was current value before patch, including me btw and i will also not buy prestige anymore i wanted it for next season but well mainly for card system and this benefit which both are not valuable anymore since i heared that prestige coins for boost cards got way more expensive and daily cap was introduced for whatever reason... ) since now its a very bad value and also i think cuz of this a lot of players bought prestige, already heared several players thinking about not buying prestige anymore if it stays like this but idk just my throughts i guess
