I started this game not too long (less than 2 weeks), my first character is a P/S. While playing, I realized my Adventurer's Bag (the one that gives you stuff every few levels) is missing. I am sure I did not sell or drop it accidentally. I did not open it all up because I know it gives mount at certain level, and I want to reserve those when I want to use it. Anyway, I take it as a rare bug and I was unlucky.

I created another character, and this time I was very careful with the bag, to ensure I will not accidentally misplace it. Unfortunately, today I discovered the bag is missing again.

Please advise!

Every time I configured my desired video and audio setting, played the game, exit, and the settings goes back to default after I login the next day. Am I missing something?

I, too, am looking for a guild that suits my time zone (GMT+ EIGHT) if possible, which Oceanic guild would fit the bill. However I understand that most players are from European or US East Coast time zone.

Hi it's me again.

Was browsing Auction House, and I am suprised to find most transactions required diamonds. And if some items selling for gold, they are selling for millions. I have never seen anyting like this in my last ROM game (which was probabably like 4 or 5 years ago)

Where do people get those millions of gold? Is everyone buying diamonds now? There is no place for F2P in this game? Or is there some secret place where you can get free diamonds?

Coming back to ROM after a couple of years, I am surprised that the most common chat is World Chat - it is as if megaphones are free. Is it? If it is, where can I get some? If not, where can I get some (I browsed through the Item Shop and I can't find it)?

I am a newbie in Runes of Magic Arcadia, but I have played Runes of Magic in the past, cleared all instances up to HOTD, quit at about the time when Champion and Warlock classes came out. I was just surprised why the game put me in an area they deemed "appropriate" and left me to die. As I mentioned in my edits, for some reason I am killing stuff in Sybas Pass easily now, and not sure why I had such a hard time just a day earlier.

But I have taken the advise and started the Morrick line, just to have continuity as I move to new areas I've never seen before. At the same time, looking for a guild too

So I started two days ago, boosted my character to 80, and rejected the option to teleport to the "area appropriate to my level", because I want to get my second class and elite skills first.

So yesterday I did all that: I am now 80/50 P/S with level 50 elite skill. Satisfied, I went back to the Pioneer Colony and talked to the NPC to teleport me to the "area appropriate to my level". Bam! And I am now looking at Sybas Pass. Next thing I know, I accumulated 20 million death debt.

What.Is.The.Deal.With.The.Shadow.Wolf??!?!?!?!! They are invisible, everywhere, and I can't kill them fast enough to survive. Is it just me or I am seriously in the wrong place to level my 80/50?

EDIT: OK I just tried the same area again today, and I am slicing those critters like a hot knife to butter. What the heck is going on? Was there some kind of debuff yesterday in that area?

Starting as a healer or support like wl/m or m/wl is a bit cheaper than going for a dps or tank right away especially if you still wanna feel out the server and players. A lot of the healers want to play damage too so I think there is always a welcoming for experienced and/or fast learning healers.

These phys dps classes are decent
s/wd, s/r, s/w, r/m, w/s, w/wd, ch/r,

Magic dps classes
m/w, w/m, k/m, wl/m, wl/ch, d/r

but some of them are situational because of tactics for instances but scout for sure does the most damage with weaker/lesser gear compared to the rest

Wow .. all the class combo you mentioned used to be the more unpopular ones. I mean, you would be hard-pressed to find one endgame. Back in my days (Warlock and Champions classes just came out):

Top Phys DPS - r/s, r/wd
Top Magic DPS - m/p, m/d
Top Tank - k/p

What has changed? Rogue is no longer the king of DPS?

Make sure that your both classes are on atleast 50 level, and you have 50 level elites, then your Ice Blade become instant skill.

Really spamming it (which is why P/S is so OP in Seige back then). Now I can only cast it every 3 seconds (the 3-2-1 counter even show on the Ice Blade icon on my hotkeybar)

I am currently also installing Legacy to try out. I am a little disappointed that Ice Blade (P/S elite skill) now has 3-second cooldown , but I understand for the need to nerf since Ice Blade was pretty OP. Paradise is a little bit intimidating since most players I met are level 102 ..

I just started playing on Paradise yesterday. I had played ROM since a long time ago, and stopped when the servers were dying (probably like 3 to 4 years ago). Yesterday as I am roaming around, I noticed there are not many players around (I am still running around first region, leveling my 2nd class). Even in Varanas I hardly see anyone. Occasionally I see some World chat, but none on Zone. Is it because most players are in Dalanis regions (i.e. high level regions)? Or is it this is still very early days in Paradise? When did Paradise started?
