Is there free megaphones to get?

    Coming back to ROM after a couple of years, I am surprised that the most common chat is World Chat - it is as if megaphones are free. Is it? If it is, where can I get some? If not, where can I get some (I browsed through the Item Shop and I can't find it)?

    Megaphones arent for free and you can find them in the Itemshop. Consumables/ Must Haves/ Side 2/ left Topside
