  • Emergency maintenance

    Dear Arcadians,

    Due to some recent events, Paradise is undergoing an emergency maintenance starting at 06:00 CEST.

    The server must be rolled back to 16:00 CEST 06.05.2016.

    All diamonds that were purchased after 16:00 CEST 06.05.2016 will be returned to accounts.

    Please expect a few hours downtime for this process to be completed.




    Items & stats were obtained during this time by the thousands that should not have been available. Unfortunately we are unable to remove these items without rolling back the server due to immense modifications and tracing each individual item would mean much downtime.


    We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused our players.

    This is something that I will bring to the dev team and the possibilities of this will be discussed to see if it is something that we can do; but I cannot provide any guarantee of a time frame and/or if it will/will not be implemented.

    Right now we have 10 who have voted and only 4 who have given details to why they feel as they do.

    The promotion prices will not always be the same. Prices may or may not be different during a certain event or holiday.


    ie.
    The Daily quest tickets were 6 diamonds(10 pack @60 diamonds) during the Tikal / Lv cap increase release if I am not mistaken.

    Mementos are the easiest currency to get in the game and it is easier to get badges of trial from siege war changes on top of the Mem -> badge event NPC.

  • Combo Shot (Scout/Warrior) not stronger than other class combinations

    After going over a few tests it seems that the S/W Lv 40 Elite: Gale is working as it should.




    When you did your comparison how did you do it?


    S/w combo shot with elite and with out? Or S/W combo shot versus S/nothing combo shot?

    If you are comparing S/W combo shot damage versus other combinations it will be different of course because other combinations such as S/WD have overall damage increase from elites etc...

    So it appears that everything is working correctly.

    Before blood arrow was different from other servers.

    Now the blood arrow attributes = same as others.

    Yes, as Arthuria said this version of scout is how it came from Runewaker /others now not something that we had created.

    Since you are doing a clean install now.. As long as you are using the .PlayerNet App to download and patch you should not experience any more difficulties. Just make sure that your net connection stays stable and you do not interrupt anything :thumbup:

    Also if you have anti-virus such as Norton or other you may want to make sure that it is temporarily turned off or you white list .PlayerNet and Runes of Magic etc..


    If you are a windows 10 user then disable the win 10 smart screen whilst downloading/patching.

    It was answered here that it will not be changed. Siege war rewards were recently updated so you can obtain more badges of trial.

    At this time the servers are not down/offline(I just logged to make sure of this)
    You can always check here: Server Status


    Make sure that your Internet connection is stable and possible restart your computer/router.

    Please let us know if you are still having issues getting into the game.

  • Problem with update

    Greetings,

    I do not think Win10 would be the issue because I have not seen update issues directly because of windows 10 myself.

    Can you give more details on this?

    Why exactly can you not update?

    Do you get some kind of error?
