Make musical attack (ID 1491086) have 5 cd and reset the cd with chain drive (ID 621252).
Right now, it's quite annoying that it doesn't have a cd, since with a kitty combo or combat engine, even if you set the condition to only do with chain drive (ID 621252), sometimes it does the skill and casts, which is annoying.
Good morning/afternoon/evening, my brother and I have been considering for some time the idea of doing a classic "project" here at COA since it facilitates many things, which would consist of fresh characters, 50/50 the first cap and progressed from time to time to increase the cap until we reached what is today's endgame, with certain rules to not abuse the overpower offered by the server (limiting the tier of the weapon, etc.) and what pulls us back from starting this project is that we would not know how many people would be willing to join and remember old times, and thus also give a chance to new people who enter the server, not only have the option of rushing to 105, having said that, I would like to know your opinions.

Since it's a vanilla zone and no one has the materials to open it, maybe it's possible to leave it open permanently so you can get the accessory set for new players or add it to the item shop

Dont think its dead. Just mostly active during EU time. And havent seen many guild recruitments that didnt want "rofl ready". Which i dont know what that is or means. Also i dont think many post or look at forums.

it will depend on the raid setup and the support you have.
With all possible support, the scout/champ will be the strongest, otherwise scout/warrior.
Also the scout/rogue has, in theory, the potential to be the strongest scout, but 2 facts contradict it. The first one is, that the class needs to much time at boss to stack all buffs. The second one is, that the potential relys on the vampire arrow debuffs on targets (for example boss), which other scout/x and x/scouts could do, but you will never see in 99% that any other scout will do the vampire arrow for you as scout/rouge. In trash the potential is high, if not many mobs are pulled (ideal are always 2
), but in general the trash dps is good but it sucks at boss without 7-8 vampire arrows.

P.S. Other scouts like scout/warden, scout/druid and scout/mage are not weak, but in general weaker than the stronger class s/w and s/ch

I remember that long ago it was the scout / warden with autofocus, and when they added the new combinations (between races) it was the scout / wl but now hardly see any scout (at least I don't see them), and it's a class that I have always liked, and I would like to know what is the strongest combination with scout as main
