There is no typical requirement to be in party to increase drop rate. However you can use potions that will increase drop rate while in party.

This is normal editor. As mentioned it can be buggy and not loaded for example by adblockers or partialy not loaded resources. We are aware of issue, but at the moment if it happen to you, try use a few times F5 or Ctrl + F5 to reload resources.

Current crashes are about Masked Festival, you can try lower graphics settings or especially disable effects until festival is over.
