Like Melodic noticed, we designed Gorge this way in order to be able focus on other things that were waiting long, like ISS rework. This is normal editor. As mentioned it can be buggy and not loaded for example by adblockers or partialy not loaded resources. We are aware of issue, but at the moment if it happen to you, try use a few times F5 or Ctrl + F5 to reload resources.
