In first order, you should always check if certain addon is available for Chronicles of Arcadia, so it will be for sure working, not freezing or being laggy like some non dedicated versions:

Basically all you have to do is download .zip, and unpack it to /interface/addons/ (create directory if you don't have it) like this:

Make sure you won't do this - it won't work or will cause issues with crashing interface.

Alternatively you can use Twitch App (from CurseForge), but it is getting soon migrated out of Twitch so probably this way is not recommended right now.

Do you mean mount is unsummoned while using talisman? It is intended then, you can't cast objects while sitting on mount. Sometimes it does for a while, but it is just visual bug, and you were supposed to always be taken off from mount. I would suggest you instead get some speed buffs like from housemaids, so you can just walk faster without need of mount.

From my experiences, I replaced Windows XP on very poor machines to Windows 7 64-bit (when Win 10 didn't exist) and it was like second life for these computers and laptops, way smoother. This one seems related to teleport/channel change and had already applied extra code by us year ago, and for my personal experience it solved issue, and never saw it again until now. Did you change channel or teleport (varanas <-> silverspring or varanas teleporter)? Or had any kind of lag when entered different subzone (part of city)?

By the way, after log-in in several times and confirming, the icons that occured crash are macros, emotion, and item icons.

Skill icons did not crash though I did not know why. (e.g. Magic Barrier Perfection, Defender's Roar etc.)

It's just a guess, but if the icon that displays Japanese in the action bar clicked, probably crash may occur .

Of course, I haven't checked everything, anyways please verify.

Furthermore, I consider that Carthage must be destroyed.

Furthermore, I consider that 30 seconds cooldown of Thunder Storm, 3 seconds cooldown of Explosion of Fighting Spirit, "requirement the effect of Fighting Spirit Strike" of Ascending Dragon Strike, "10% damage decrement for each extra target" of Moon Cleave, and "16% damage decrement for each extra target" of Blasting Cyclon must be removed.
