Hi all,
Seeing this threat about the level 40 Eliteskill Ice Blade I thought, great no CD on the most important skill of the Priest/Scout combo.
I am very disappointed to find out today that there is a 3 sec CD on the skill here as well 
Or is there something I have overlooked?

As you can see Khira . my skill Ice Blade still has the 3 sec CD. So that's why I asked if I missed something?
i dont know how you GMs/CMs/Programmers see it with no cooldown when everyone in game has a cooldown on it ...
Make sure that your both classes are on atleast 50 level, and you have 50 level elites, then your Ice Blade become instant skill.
Thx Int, but may I say I find that a bit odd that you need a level 50 (elite)skill to use a level 40 (elite)skill to its fullest potential.
The 40 Elite (Ice Blade) is the same as the skill is on other servers but our version of the 50 Elite skill is what modifies Ice Blade and remove the 3 second cool down.
