    I have completed all quests in the Talaghan (Z91) zone but I still cannot obtain the "Watchful Eye" (ID: 532151) title. The description does not give enough of a hint, and as far as I can tell, not a single player on the server has managed to get it yet?


    Could you give us a few hints about what exactly needs to be done to obtain this title? Even a small clue would go a long way!

    This title has already been obtained by multiple players. Added further hints isn't planned as it's intended to be secret title. You may ask players in game for help, as not everyone is reading forum.
