I'm experiencing a recurring issue with the in-game teleport system. I'm unable to teleport to many locations because I keep getting a "Teleport Operation Failed" error.
Description of the bug:
When I press M to open the map, right-click on the desired location, and select "Teleport", the game starts the skill/cast animation as expected. However, when the cast completes, I receive the "Teleport Operation Failed" error message and the teleport does not happen.
Inconsistent behavior:
The most confusing part is that the issue is not fully consistent. While the error keeps occurring, sometimes when I try to teleport using the Teleport Guide interface instead of the map, I still get the same error. But at other times the exact same action (same destination, same method) completes successfully with no error at all. There is no clear pattern I can identify.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Press M to open the map
2. Right-click on a valid teleport destination
3. Select "Teleport"
4. The cast bar completes
5. "Teleport Operation Failed" error appears and the character does not teleport
This happens both through the map interface and the Teleport Guide interface.
