I didn't notice when it happened, but for the last several days I haven't been getting any TP from kills.

TP is temporarily disabled from mobs as indicated in our post patch notes and other similar posts due to technical issues effecting some players. We apologise for the inconvenience. You will still gain TP from quests correctly.
