    The problem is that I constantly get notifications saying that I am connecting from different devices.


    I'm playing on my laptop via Wi-Fi.


    Just yesterday, I exceeded the ‘device limit’ and started looking into this issue.

    After reading the ‘Chronicles of Arcadia Wiki’, I learned that I needed to turn off ‘Random hardware addresses’ in the Wi-Fi settings, which I did.

    Then I contacted support to reset the MAC addresses, and everything seemed to be fine, but today I received a notification: ‘You have used 2 devices on this game account. This will be the last time possible for the next 30 days.’


    I don't know what else to try, or should I just contact support every time I exceed the limit? I'll probably get on their nerves pretty quickly :) .

    Found out why the MAC address kept changing.


    Yesterday, I turned off "Random hardware addresses" in the "Wi-Fi settings", but today when I checked the network I'm connected to via the "Manage known networks" tab, "Random hardware addresses" was set to "Change daily".
