There seems to be a major naming and set configuration issue with some items sold by 118932 [Patharan – Archeologist].
For example:

When I check 1221445 [Helmet of Stone], it shows 4 normal set pieces.
However, below that it also lists 4 additional “(Rental)” pieces, which do not actually exist — they’re not sold by this NPC.
It’s unclear which set is the real one — the top or the bottom one.
The same issue appears with 1220222 [Fortification Cloak].
It also lists “Rental” versions and an invalid entry named Sys1221481_name, which seems to be a translation or database error.
From what I understand, the correct sets should look like this:
Stone Set (Heavy Armor)

Fortification Set (Plat Sett)

It would be great if this NPC’s equipment and set listings could be reviewed and corrected.
Some “Rental” items appear in the tooltips but don’t actually exist in-game.
