After the patch, the Quest Helper disappeared and doesn't work.

With recent patch this addon was disabled temporarily, as listed on our patch notes from yesterdays update.
- Disabled QuestHelper addon until it’s fixed, since it was causing sometimes issues with NPCs with completed quests to not appear on world map.
