Millim [Patch 12.0.0.1000]

  • Hello,

As shown in the video, I participated in the M501 event as a Priest.

After entering the event for the first time, I died and used a Priest skill to revive myself. However, after reviving, I was no longer able to fight the MOBs or continue the event.

Is the M501 start triggered only once when entering the event?

If a player dies inside and revives themselves with a skill, is it normal that they can no longer continue the event?

The behavior can be seen in the video.

    Thank you for the information.

Failing the event, regardless of reviving inside or outside, will not allow the event to be replayed. This is correct behaviour.

  • Hello,

I noticed a confusing NPC/MOB ID mismatch inside 750981 [The Shattered Grove].

When I hover over the MOB inside the instance, the game tooltip shows:

    140261 [Shadow Spider]

However, when I search for the same ID 140261 in IP2, it shows:

    140261 [Noctis Warden]

So the same ID 140261 appears with two different names depending on where it is viewed.

Which one is the correct entry? Is this difference expected, or could there be an issue with the NPC name / ID mapping?

Both cases can be seen in the screenshots.

    Thank you for the information.

  • Hello,

I checked the situation again and found the answer to my question.

When using 1252174 [Mask of Reality], the MOB shown as 140261 [Shadow Spider] changes its appearance / identity. This explains why the same ID 140261 appears as 140261 [Noctis Warden] in IP2.

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

While fighting 140156 [Barkhowl's Echo], there is a mechanic phase during which the Boss cannot be damaged.

During this phase, nearby MOBs such as 140081 [Blackbark carrier] can still continue attacking players. However, while the mechanic is active, it is not possible to fight back / deal damage to these MOBs.

For example, 140081 [Blackbark carrier] attacked me during this phase and the combat log showed:

Blackbark carrier used Poisoned and dealt 41,281 damage to the Username.”

My character is strong enough that this was not a major problem for me. However, for newer or mid-level players, having to complete the Boss mechanic while being attacked by MOBs they cannot fight back against can be quite difficult.

Allowing players to fight MOBs such as 140081 [Blackbark carrier] while the 140156 [Barkhowl's Echo] mechanic is active could make this part of the encounter more balanced.

    For your information.

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I would like to share some feedback about the guards around the tower at [Millim: 76.0, 55.7]

The 165184 [Stonewatch Guard] NPCs protecting this area, and the other Stonewatch Guard NPCs standing nearby, do not engage hostile MOBs at all — not even when those MOBs are fighting a player directly next to them.

By comparison, guards in cities such as Varanas do engage hostile MOBs that approach or attack players nearby. Since these NPCs are placed specifically as the protection of the tower and the bridge area, it feels unusual that hostile creatures can fight players right beside them without any reaction.

I think the same behavior for the Stonewatch Guards would make this fortified location feel more natural and more consistent with their role.

The behavior can be seen in the video below.

Could the combat behavior of the Stonewatch Guard NPCs in this area please be reviewed?

    Thank you.

  • Hello,

I would also like to report a combat issue at the bridge at [Millim: 76.0, 55.7].

If a nearby hostile MOB, for example 140058 [Thorn Beaver], attacks a player and the fight continues on the bridge next to the tower, the MOB can move underneath the bridge geometry.

While it is under the bridge, the MOB can still be targeted, but no attack skill can be used against it. The skills do not execute even though the target stays selected.

The MOB, however, can still attack the player from below the bridge without any restriction. This creates a completely one-sided fight: the player cannot deal any damage, while the MOB keeps dealing damage and can kill the player.

The full behavior can be seen in the video below.

Could the bridge geometry/pathing and the combat interaction at [Millim: 76.0, 55.7] please be checked?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I previously reported an issue in-game to GM regarding 140058 [Thorn Beaver] and its 1505663 [Bleed] effect.

GM said that the mobs would be checked.

I tested 140058 [Thorn Beaver] again today, and the issue is still present.

    Current test:

    • Maximum HP: 754,765
    • Physical Defense: 309,262
    • Magical Defense: 1,058,147
    • Resistance: 145,786

    1505663 [Bleed] currently shows:

    • 515,900 damage
    • every 2 seconds
    • duration: 4 seconds

During the test, the combat log repeatedly showed 515,900 damage from 1505663 [Bleed], and the effect killed my character.

Two ticks of this effect alone can deal approximately 1,031,800 damage, which is already higher than my maximum HP.

I have attached screenshots showing the mob, my defensive stats, the 1505663 [Bleed] tooltip, my HP and the combat log.

Could you please check whether this amount of damage from 140058 [Thorn Beaver] is intended? If not, please check the damage of 1505663 [Bleed] applied by this mob.

    Thank you.
