my idea is to list the duration of relationships in the rankings.
Then for example, you could introduce a wedding anniversary or something similar as an event,
perhaps with a title 
I noticed that only a level of a relatioship is listed. but not the duration

Unfortunately, the duration/establishment dates were never saved to the database, so it's impossible to obtain this information for all existing relationships. Enabling this feature only for new relationships would be unfair to players who established theirs earlier.
