Why would a bard rogue wield a katana when almost all bard rogue skills require the use of an instrument or an instrument + a dagger?
The only skill that can be used while wielding a katana is Devourer. Don't you think something's amiss here?

Every class with rogue in sub can wear a katana. This is the passive skill from rogue Katana Training, but Bard/Rogue dont get any benefits from that.

this doesn't change the fact that using a katana on this class combination makes no sense and something could be improved about it
