    Hey,

    If you're experiencing issues with the launcher and encountering long loading times, please check if your firewall or antivirus software might be blocking it. You can try temporarily disabling them or adding the launcher to the exception list. Additionally, you may try running the launcher as an administrator to see if that helps.

    Additionally, if you're using a VPN or proxy, try disabling it and connect directly to the internet, as these can sometimes interfere with the launcher's connection.

    If the issue persists, please let us know, and we’ll look into it further.

    I have deactivated both the firewall and the virus protection and run the client as an administrator. Unfortunately nothing helps.


    I was just able to log in, restarted the game 3-4 times and suddenly the servers are offline again.


    It occurs sporadically and disappears again in exactly the same way.

    The launcher uses two independent methods to check the server status, so it’s highly unlikely that both of them would fail at the same time. This suggests that something on your system might be blocking the launcher’s connection to the internet. Even though you've disabled the firewall and antivirus, there could be other software interfering such as network monitoring tools, VPN services, or security applications running in the background.


    Could you also check if you have a folder named LauncherErrorLog in your game directory? If so, please send us the latest .zip file from that folder, as it might help us identify the issue.
