Sismond name missing - Morrock questline, magic reconstruction

the first time you meet the guy his name is a number. quest is "von angesicht zu angesicht", but the issue was persistant during the whole 'face off' situation in the harbor of the Terhothen Bay Castle. on later parts of the quest line this was fixed.
