Dragonfang ridge questline bugged

Hi there. Questline for Slayer of Uguda Red Thunder look is bugged. http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=421678 This quest cant be taken and I'm stuck with this title. Last quest which i finished was "The War Aftermarth" On Romwelten i saw previous quest with name [Sys542230_name]. I dont know maybe this is quest from item or something. Anybody have finished this questline?

There should be a soldier standing in front of a tent behind to the right of you if you are talking to Bor's Ironwall. He should have your next quest

Turning in The War's Aftermath" will give you the prerequisites required to pick up A Captain Lost to the Enemy

Yeah this npc should have quest for me but he dont have any quests.
