    Well, maybe you can help me then, as well....


    As you can see in the screenshot on the right side, i have 13/13 1-star achievements, however the reward is not obtainable,

    greyed ou and click does not provide reward.

    One row below, there is 6/6 1-star achievements, which was easily obtainable by clicking.

    In the following rows, you can see the same for the other achievements.

    All seem fully completed, some are obtainable (see different colour), some are not.

    I assume they are not "really" completed, though I don't know why. Anyways it can be just visual bug, or actual internal counters not working correctly.

    We'll investigate the reported information. If an error is confirmed, it will be fixed and documented in the Prestige update patch notes. Should we decide on an alternative solution, we'll announce it here on the forum.

    Hello again,

    i have another issue, not sure if already reported, or how to deal with it.

    I upgraded 3 cards fron Yrvantis dungeon.

    As you can see i the screenshot it belongs to Candara, i think in last season you confirmed, that Candara is the continent Yrvantis will be tracked for Prestige, also.

    The zone specific achievement tracks the upgrade correctly, as seen i the screenshot (ID 30050) shows explicitly Candara.

    However, the continental achievement for Candara is not updated, which will ultimately result in an impossible to complete achievement if not counted.

    You can see in the screenshot, that it was tracked for Balanzasar Continent instead. (id 30281).


    In a previous statement you mentioned, that once these achievements have been completed in a specific zone, all further upgrades will not count anymore to continental/world achievement.

    In my opinion this is a difficult achievement, and, as the continental requires to upgrade all zones, before i can proceed to 4-star upgrades, i will be stuck here if not fixed...
