Already learned skills are not displayed in the pet's interface.
My pet has learned three skills, but nothing is visible in the interface (see screenshot).

Are learnt skills you mentioned at maximum level? Do you use any addons for altering pet interface, if so do you have any erros in error interface? You can reach that by using /bug chat command, or copy all errors via /bug2 command and can paste here.

No. Learnt skills are at minimum level.
Of the addons related to the pet, I use only PatAutoCraft. It does not affect the general interface of the pet in any way.

This is a description issue, the filter is supposed to show only skills that have maximized level, description will be changed with next patch.
