NPC which starts quest to get to the Thunderhoof Hills location

I wanted to get to the Thunderhoof Hills location. I read that it is necessary to complete the quest “No Smoke Without Fire” within Wikipedia on the page https://wiki.chroniclesofarcad…andorya/thunderhoof-hills. I found this quest with the help of the addon "Advanced Quest Book v1.59". The addon shows that the quest starts and finishes in the Thunderhoof Hills location. Obviously, the addon shows erroneous information. Please tell Me the name of the NPC who starts the quest and coordinates of this NPC.

Let me explain the video: to access the Thunderhoof Hills, you need to complete a chain of two quests: 1) Fractured Verge, 2) No Smoke Without Fire. Mysterious Torrog NPC gives the first quest . The same NPC moves to another NPC, the dragon Aynara. Aynara gives a second quest and moves to the Thunderhoof Hills.
