Armor Merchant selling clean tier 6 items

    Playing over a month now, but I haven't seen any armor merchant selling clean (without any stats/attributes) tier 6 items in the game. Is there a town or a place I don't know of that sells them?

    Got to Heroica Fortress and there's only a weapon merchant selling tier 5 weapons...

    Is there maybe a place in Atlas that I don't know of with an armor merchant (prefer armor merchant) that actually sells clean (100-104 lvl) tier 6 items or can I only dream about it? :(

    lvl 99 onward instances and zones will drop clean t6 gear. You can also get clean gear from the loser siege war package (sorry, I forgot the name). If you don’t do siege war, you can exchange mems for badges of trial to buy the packages.
