cant finish this quest Secret of a Deceit - i havent item from Sismond then i must place on the Remains of the Ancient Mage

You need http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=241327 and http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=242027 you used in the quests before. If you loose them, you can get the first from daylie quest and the second drops from elite mob.
