Finally figured out the puzzle to make B1 appear. Can anyone help on what to do to make B2 appear. I click on the alchemy and get different colored potions.

Hey!
The adds have different buffs and you need to use those potions on the adds according to their buffs to remove their color.
Once all colored buffs are white, you can kill the adds for the boss to spawn.
