My suggestion is adding the active skills for Dalanis Nightmare capes just as like varanas ones. This buffs can be like at least 10-15 seconds in my opinion. By this way, DN could be attractive again and its a fun factor to try to gain something out new.
Making some percentage buffs on cape active skills, for example:
- (1.000)+%1pdmg/mdmg increase,
- (10.000)+1%patk/matk
- (10.000)+%1pdeff/mdeff increase,
- (10.000)+1%magical/physical accuracy
- healing//parry//dodge...etc.
