Support Ticket Response

    I recently submitted a help ticket since I thought I had lost an item on one of my characters. (turns out I got the amount of wood I had gathered mixed up with the amount of herbs & I had used up the herbs) Anyways, I wanted to express my appreciation for the quick response & resolution of the help ticket, but there wasn't a way to respond, that I saw, without reopening the ticket, so I decided to post here. It took less than half an hour for support to review my activities & reply. Additionally I found it very easy to submit the ticket. All in all it was a positive experience. Thank you & my apologies for my forgetfulness. :whistling: :D

    Yes, there is no way to do it beside reopening the ticket.
