Usually biggest issue in CoA (or RoM in general) for new player is cost of regearing, specially as you progress in game. That is less of a problem here, socially with free L80 set and many great gifts and options.
While going through IS, I've noticed that we still have level 30, 40 and similar regular gems in IS, but at disproportionate price.
IMHO, it would make sense to remove them from IS, place perfect stones instead at the same or discontinued price.
This way people getting other classes might decide to take some of L50 - L70 gear and plus it. It should be good for business as long as stuff sells, and would make a much easier leveling experience.
