    Item Set Skill Revamp and Balancing

  • Skill Name: Greedy Blood Magot



    ISS Level: 75


    Suggested changes: Change a % Value form 6% to 10% (Physical Attack + HP points)



    Reasoning for these changes:


    1) The difficulty of getting this set of skill is big because of the Last Boss
    2) Warnorken Arena u can solo Kulech Bone Nest u can;t go solo because Mechanics Shetamb not allow it :)
    3) Rouge
    is the only class that does not have its own Buff to increase its Attack Strength not covered by the Subclass
    Other:
    4) the most important Argument is I'm a Sandstorm :D
    I think 10% is good but if u can more :) we take More with Smile :)

  • Skill Name: Poison Pangs
    ISS Level:
    80lvl Extract form Bethomia



    Skill:
    Just as the venom of a gigantic scorpion
    represents an increased threat, off-hand weapon damage is also
    increased by 6.0%. Also restores 2.0 points of Energy every 8 seconds.


    Suggested changes:


    1) Delete this DMG (nothing gives)
    *) if u can't this u can change 6% ( Patt or Accuracy or Chance to Crit Strike) Patt will be best option
    2)
    But for this place you can increase the focus regenerate from 2 point to 5 every 5-6 seconds


    Reasoning for these changes:


    1) Look old skill form RT (rt is easy) but new form Bethomia keep this in mind
    2) Rouge
    is not a frequently-selected class for instances to increase stats, chances are that he will be attending class on Dungeon's
    Other:
    Will be Beautiful is u give us additional Patt from this skill ( if u change dps offhand to patt )

    With these small steps you can make this wonderful class to be more playable

  • Skill Name: Bloodless
    ISS Level: 90 form Crypt of Eternity


    Skill: Must be used from behind the target.
    Causes 6.5 physical damage, based on main hand weapon DPS, + current
    dexterity x (FixDMG0) and increases off-hand weapon damage by 10.0% for
    15.0 seconds. (After the effect has ended it cannot be triggered again
    for 25.0 seconds.)
    (This skill stat will increase and decrease based on equipment and target strength)


    Suggested Changes:

    1)With skill will be more difficult because this skill is not be used
    1*) So my Opinion can u give a hmm not DMG skill but Buff for 15 second (Physical Attak or Damage or Attack Speed)
    2) if can't be a Buff u can Make this skill Like Strong AoE Skill for rouge this is great option :)


    Reasoning for these changes:
    1) This skill is Not be used Why? Because this skill have a too small amount of % DMG
    2) Rouge Don;t have Any AoE skill or Specyfic Class Buff's like Warroir Warden etc...


    Other:
    1) Change this skill completly will be great option like buff or Strong AoE

  • I might have a solution for the MEELE-DD problem


    The Meele classes are nearly impossible to
    play in the current instances of the game in comparrison to their ranged
    counterparts. Granting the meele-classes a form of anti-fear/anti-stunn -some
    kind of immunity or just a reduction- should help to make them competitive
    again.


    Ex.: Attacking the trash in Inferno results in
    an instant stun followed up by no dps-output or an instant death.


    Creating a set-skill for this kind of problem
    would reduce the amount of pdd-scout-only-groups and enable the player
    community to play much loved classes like Warrior, Rogue and Warden.


    A Reference for this kind of skill could be
    the knight and champion which already own one.

    New ItemSetSkill:


    Skillname: Through the shadows


    Description: Immune to Helpless, Stun, Root and SLow for 15 Seconds.


    Duration: 15 seconds.


    Cooldown: 90 seconds.


    Cost: 10 energy

  • Skill Name: Claw Scar
    ISS Level: 98

    Suggested changes: Either reduce the amount of energy (e.g. to 15) or the damage amount
    Reasoning for these changes: Compared to the wound attack rotation the combination of the 85 and 98 makes less damage/costs about the same energy. In order to make the 85 and 98 useful, the energy cost should be reduced or damage increased.

    Regarding Captaincapslock idea:


    Skill Name: Target
    ISS Level: 99

    Suggested changes: Reduces incoming magical damage for 20-30 seconds by 80% (cd about 1-2 minutes, for Pvp this skill could be changed such that it only reduces magical damage by 10-20%)
    Reasoning for these changes: Rogue is useless at the moment for all bosses which do high damage located near to tank. At the moment, it is hard to play rogue at many bosses in Inferno and Aldo.
    Other: Current skill (more physical precision) is completely useless as rogue has so much physical precision.
