　Zone Changes　　　　: I forgot the details, but it was after moving through the portal several times inside Varanas Castle.

By the way, after log-in in several times and confirming, the icons that occured crash are macros, emotion, and item icons.

Skill icons did not crash though I did not know why. (e.g. Magic Barrier Perfection, Defender's Roar etc.)

It's just a guess, but if the icon that displays Japanese in the action bar clicked, probably crash may occur .

Of course, I haven't checked everything, anyways please verify.

One crash is about using emotes, other about "You use: x item" when using housemaid potions. Generally it seems like somehow Japanese windows language is working weirdly with code no other languages have issues. We are able to reproduce all the issues, so we will be looking into it later.

As mentioned by GM whisper, all are graphical (animations/motions) issues, recommended to use housemaid in other place at the moment.

1. Yes, we reworked ground textures to 4k quality. We are also successively updating icons and other objects' textures (like trees) to HD.

2. Yes, original music/sounds are here plus especially in custom zones there are new ones as well.

3. As far as I know you mean speak frame (npc dialog) you mentioned before. Could you please provide screenshot with examples? We tried to adjust colors as best as possible, but maybe we missed some colors (like hyperlinks).

4. All settings are in Interface settings and Graphics settings in menu under ESC key.

Both are related to mentioned above bag frame grow button, however one of reports is a little different, so after patch we will see if it occurs still. You got them because you had triggered effect return to character selection, most probably internet connection lose.

With these details and provided also previously at support, we figured out that this crash occurs because of big (grow) bag frame changed in 10.2.1.1000. Will be fixed with next patch. Until then we suggest to don't use bag grow button.

Since 10.2.1.1250 we entered on some new step regarding crash reports. Amount of graphical related crashed has been reduced, however a few more types of crash reports appeared. We are trying fix them constantly, however we would appreciate your help.

If you are willing to help please provide us your crash reports (they must be created only after latest patch) as attachments in this thread or by any hosting service. Please describe as much as you can:

• circumstances when crash occured (reloadui, logout, return to character selection, lost internet connection, closed game, loading screen, standing in place, running instance, using certain effects/items/mounts, clicking certain element in UI, using certain functions in addons/macros),
• how long (approximately) you had game opened,
• how many times (approximately) did you change zones during current session,
• screenshot/list of your addons (please make sure all of them are latest version when available on our curseforge),
• screenshot of your graphical settings (in any language),
• your game client language,
• in what zone you were when crash occured,
• if any more details will be required, I will contact with you on private message.
