Ive just tried updating my client to the latest patch and keep getting the same error message even after restarting my laptop to see if that was an issue. http://prntscr.com/drrujk
Any idea how to fix this?

1. Restart your PC (for make sure that all rom correlated processes are closed like hidden update etc.)
2. Downoad manual patch: http://cdn-eu.stary3d.com/game…2112.en_9.4.6.1714.en.exe
3. Put this patch file to your game directory and execute as admin (right mouse button option)Please let me know if it resolved your problem.

Followed all the instructions but still get prompt with not having rights with the file

This issue has been resolved and was caused by Avast Antivirus.
Player had to disable Avast Antivirus during patch process.
