That happens if you patch the client while it is still running or something else (firewall etc.) is blocking the access to the fdb archives.
Check your fdb folder for any .tmp files, if you find any, remove the .tmp extension and run the patch manually again.

That sadly didn´t work for me, had to download the client completely again and manually update all updates to date
That has cost me some time but now everything is working again
