Advance into the wetlands - 427095

This quest http://www.rom-welten.de/database/view.php?id=427095 I cannot seem to complete, it is part of the Morrok Quest Line.
I have tried right clicking the items over the sparkly areas and nothing happens, it's almost as though I am using model folder but I definitely do not have it, I have also tried relogging.
Please look into it ty

Everything its fine with this quest.
Targetting is a bit off, so hoover the mouse over the screen till you get a tooth wheel.

Ive tried and recorded this, look especially ony my camera position, i tihnk its helpful.

there was definitely no cog
I tried mousing everywhere
