The merchants for blacksmithing, carpentry, armor crafting and tailoring recipes don't work. If I want to open their shops they don't open and nothing happens.

Cook and Alchemy NPCs work as far as I could check
but the following do not:
Weaponsmith ID: 124037 (location 48.1/56.4)
Armorsmith ID: 124039 (location 48.0/56.3)
Weaponsmith ID: 124042 (location 61.7/27.4) (another Weaponsmith NPC)
Tailor ID: 124044 (location 61.1/27.0)
Carpentry ID: 124045 (location 59.0/23.8 ) -
