The skill Truth Shield Bash (490081 + 490186) from knight does not trigger the healing effect when killing the enemy with the skill. That healing effect is triggered by 500050/500051/500052/500053 for 490081 and by 500186/500187/500188/500189 for 490186.
This is because 490081/490186 trigger the other skills which trigger the script YOYO_JOB6_5TruthWord( 1/2/3/4 ) on runplot. The problem is that if one kills the enemy with 490081/490186, the other skills can't be casted on the mob anymore so that the healing effect does not work.
Please change the behaviour of 500050/500051/500052/500053 for 490081 and by 500186/500187/500188/500189 for 490186 so that is does also trigger the healing effect if the enemy dies. For example, change it so that it is casted on the player itself so that it always triggers.
