Login Problems

    I recently downloaded the game, both on insomnia and paradise.
    Insomnia downloaded with no trouble.


    I also managed to download Paradise (7.0.2.2797) and the game does launch.
    I've made several accounts, and tried my account for insomnia, but none of them works.
    It says: Wrong username or password
    or: Account suspended, contact support.
    So...


    Any support?

    Our Paradise client version is at the moment 9.5.0.2602.
    7.0.2.2797 seems to be another publisher game client version.


    Make sure that you used .PlayerNet App to download both of our game clients.
    If you wish to look on this could you please paste screenshot of your "Paradise" game directory so i can be sure that my words are correct.
